Yash Pandhi - CEO and Founder
Yash has 25+ years experience as a CIO, and IT Visionary; he started CollabraLink in 2003 in order to consult to organizations on how to improve their business processes using software automation; over the course of the last 8 years he has grown CollabraLink to a 35+ employee organization with 2010 revenues ~$6.5-$7.0M; Yash serves as chief visionary as well as program lead on many of our commercial and federal projects. Yash has a MS in EE and has pursued MS from Purdue's Krannert School of management.
Rahul Pandhi - President - Federal Solutions Practice
Rahul joined CollabraLink in 2008 and grew the Federal practice from zero employees to 30+ in just under 2 years. He serves as the program lead on the US Army, Department of Education, US Army Reserve, DISA, and Dept. of Treasury projects. Prior to joining CollabraLink Rahul spent time as a strategy consultant at LEK Consulting and IT consultant at Accenture. Rahul has an Bachelors of Science from the University of Illinois - Champaign Urbana, and a MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Mohit Manocha - Director of Operations and Finance
Mohit Manocha leads the organization from an operations and finance perspective with responsibilities covering all aspects of finance, accounting, payroll, AR/AP as well as HR related operations. Prior to joining CollabraLink Mohit spent 4 years at a strategy consultant at ZS Associates focusing specifically on sales and marketing projects across many industries. Mohit has a Bachelor's of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University and is currently pursuing his MBA from Booth School of Business at University of Chicago.
