(CollabraLink) is pleased to announce that Josh Bailes joined the company effective July 30, 2018.  Josh holds the position of Vice President of Operations focusing on overseeing the operations of CollabraLink’s Department of Transportation portfolio. 

Josh brings over 10 years of experience in management, business development and corporate operations. Prior to joining CollabraLink, Josh served as Chief Operating Officer of 18F where he oversaw 18F’s delivery and business development on projects as well as serving as supervisor for the cloud.gov director. Josh brings a unique vantage point into the operations and transformation in the federal IT space and is aiming to build on this experience and continue to be a part of the government digital transformation at CollabraLink.

CollabraLink awarded Grant Management Platform Services for the Department of Transportation Federal Transit Administration focused on Agile Digital Services and Modernization

McLean, VA, July 18, 2018: CollabraLink Technologies, Inc. (CollabraLink), a provider of management and information technology consulting services for the federal government, announced the award of the Transit Award Management System (TrAMS) and the National Transit Database (NTD) with the Department of Transportation (DOT) Federal Transit Administration (FTA). TrAMS, a full lifecycle grants management platform, allows recipients to apply for Federal funds, manage their programs, and provides a means for FTA to review, approve and oversee the distribution of funds. NTD supports local, state, and regional planning efforts and helps governments and other decision makers make multi-year comparisons and perform trend analysis by presenting public transit data in a simple format. National Environmental Satellite, Data and Information Services (NESDIS), Office of Project, Planning and Analysis (OPPA) select CollabraLink to manage and provide financial and action support services to facilitate OPPA/s key support functions.

McLean, VA, July 6, 2018: CollabraLink Technologies, Inc. (CollabraLink), an award winning provider of services for the Federal government, is pleased to announced that it has been selected to provide Financial Management and Actions (F&A) support services for the Office of Project, Planning and Analysis (OPPA) within the National Environmental Satellite, Data and Information Services (NESDIS) line office of NOAA.  This marks CollabraLink’s first task order award on the NOAA ProTech – Satellites Domain contract, a $3B IDIQ contract.

OPPA provides engineering and program management to small-scale flight projects, domestic and international partnerships, and data exploitation initiatives.  CollabraLink’s role will be to support the OPPA’s key support functions through financial analysis and program management.  CollabraLink will provide technical management support; project tracking, as well as provide the necessary support services to maintain efficient programmatic execution.

CollabraLink wins $50M Web Development Services BPA for the US Department of Education

McLean, VA, July, 13, 2018: CollabraLink Technologies, Inc. (CollabraLink), an award-winning provider of next generation Information Technology (IT) services for the Federal government, has been awarded a $50M Web Development Services Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) from the U.S. Department of Education (ED) to provide full lifecycle development support that will include operations and maintenance, as well as development, modernization, and enhancement (DME) of ED’s IT applications. This BPA will be utilized by all ED offices and programs and expands CollabraLink’s Agile Digital Services offering within the Federal Civilian market.

The Department of Education is focused on promoting student achievement and preparation for global competitiveness by fostering educational excellence and ensuring equal access. ED emphasizes the effective and efficient use of information technology, including modernized, secure applications, infrastructure, and advanced technologies in achieving its mission goals. In support of this effort, ED’s Office of Chief Information Officer (OCIO) selected CollabraLink to support a myriad of internal and public facing applications where varying technologies and data solutions are leveraged.

CollabraLink wins $68M contract to modernize public transit

CollabraLink Technologies has won a $68 million blanket purchase agreement to provide agile engineering and modernization to the Transportation Department.

CollabraLink will support the Transportation Department’s Federal Transit Administration using the Appian business process management platform.

The Federal Transit Administration’s mission is to improve public transportation, CollabraLink said in a release.

Under the BPA, CollabraLink will provide program management, user support, application support and maintenance for existing systems, major agile application development for new and existing systems, security and general IT support.

CollabraLink Technologies, Inc. (CollabraLink) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a contract from the National Ocean Atmospheric Agency (NOAA) to provide comprehensive Professional, Technical, and Management Support Services with the Office of Oceanic and Atmospheric Research (OAR) and its line offices. Craig Summers joins CollabraLink Technologies, Inc. as Vice President of Technology

CollabraLink Technologies, Inc. (CollabraLink) is pleased to announce that Craig Summers has joined the company effective June 1, 2015. Craig will hold the position of V.P. of Technology. Craig will be responsible for all of CollabraLink’s Technology capabilities which involves Technical Delivery, Centers of Excellence, and Technology Planning internally. Craig will also be responsible for the full portfolio of customers which include the US Army, Department of Education, DISA, and the US Department of Treasury. Craig brings over 25 years of experience in various areas of practice such as software development, infrastructure, financial operations, program management, and strategic planning.

Prior to joining CollabraLink, Craig served as Division Executive of the Federal Civilian Sector at Maximus Federal (formerly Acentia and 2020 Company), where he managed to grow the Division nearly 500% in 4 years. Craig was focused on program management and client service delivery across multiple clients such as U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Food and Drug Administration, U.S. Army Reserve and Department of Education. Prior to Maximus, Craig spent 15+ years in leadership roles at AmeriChoice, PEPCO Energy Services and NiSource Energy, helping deliver systems integration and application development and maintenance projects. Craig has a B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech.

CollabraLink supports local homeless shelter through Homeless Bagged Meal Program

CollabraLink Technologies, Inc. (CollabraLink) recently partnered with ASPAN to provide over eighty bagged meals in support of the Homeless Bagged Meal Program. ASPAN is a homeless shelter in Arlington, VA that helps homeless people to secure permanent housing, and provides them with life sustaining services. CollabraLink employees provided the materials needed to make the meals and they were assembled in the McLean office. Joey Fadul, Software Developer, led the community service initiative and commented, “I was really happy with how many people participated. CollabraLink encourages employees to come up with ideas to support the community and I had the support of our Executive Team. I sent an email around, and everyone started to sign up for items that were needed.”

When asked what was the most rewarding aspect of the event he replied, “It was really fun giving back to the community with my coworkers. We definitely had the music going while everyone worked.”
