Lara Thornley HallVice President, Operations

Lara is responsible for CollabraLink’s corporate-wide implementation of quality as a strategy and oversees the ongoing CMMI and ISO 9001 certifications. Lara also supervises the successful delivery of IT, business operations and mission support projects for our Federal Government clients.  Lara brings 25 years of experience including program management, call center planning, financial analysis and reporting, system operations support, strategic planning and recruitment.

Prior to joining CollabraLink, Lara served as a Project Manager at Acentia/2020 Company for 7 years with a focus on U.S. Department of Education and Federal Student Aid projects. Prior to Acentia, Lara spent 15+ years in management roles spanning federal government, financial services, private sector, and nonprofit organizations.

Lara is originally from Australia where she is a Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). She has a Masters of International Management with honors from the Thunderbird School of Global Management (ASU).
