Recent Project

Department of Education
CollabraLink developed new functionality on StudentAid.gov to integrate legacy loan applications with real-time access as a Web Service. We implemented a blog, and re-architect content approval business process utilizing detailed workflow for publishing. We completed all work utilizing agile development processes, which align to the U.S. Digital Services Playbook. In addition, we pioneered the sprint-based firm fixed price (FFP) payment approach, which allows the government to pay by sprint, mitigating financial risk on the project as cost is only incurred as each discrete functionality is developed and delivered.
